Building on our first post earlier this week, Saturday night gave us, alongside the chance to socialise and celebrate together, the opportunity to recognise the people who made this season what it was.

🏆 Graham Seaton Award – Sam Chow
Our highest honour, and fully deserved. Sam has been central to rebuilding our junior section, creating a brilliant environment for young players and helping them step into senior hockey, strengthening the club for years to come.

🏆 Chris “Excel” Thomas Award – Ailey McLaughlin
A huge, sustained contribution over the past three years, from committee roles and communications to selection, coaching support and more. A constant behind the scenes.

🏆 Chair’s Award – Georgina Lay
An incredible season balancing life as a new parent with captaining, organising week in week out, supporting teammates and even returning to play.

🏆 President’s Award – Jo Woolley
Someone who always goes above and beyond for the club, week in, week out.

🏆 12th Man Award – Mick Davis
Coaching a promotion side, supporting teams across the club and travelling everywhere with the Men’s 1s… the definition of this award.

🏆 Captain of the Year – Natalie Hallam & Helen Thompson
Calm, organised, and brilliant leaders who kept standards high all season.

🏆 Team of the Year – Men’s 1st XI
YNE Premier champions, National League promotion and a cup final to come… outstanding.
