Dear SUBHC Members,
Our Annual General Meeting (AGM) will take place on Monday 18th May 2026 at The Punchbowl (Upstairs Function Room).
Arrive from 7:00 PM for a 7:30 PM start, with drinks and socialising afterwards 🍻
This is one of the most important dates in the club calendar and your opportunity to help shape the future of SUBHC. Whether you’re keen to stand for a role, have your say on key decisions, or simply hear how the club is progressing, we’d love to see you there.
🗓 Agenda includes:
• Chair’s, Men’s & Ladies Captains’ Reports
• Treasurer’s Report & Club Accounts
• League participation decisions for next season
• Election of the Executive Committee
🧑💼 Executive Committee Roles (18+ eligible):
• President – Club figurehead, offering experience and support
• Chair – Leads strategy, direction, and overall coordination of the club
• Vice Chair – Supports the Chair and oversees the playing side
• Secretary – Governance, meetings, compliance, and communications
• Treasurer – Finances, budgeting, subs, and reporting
• Men’s & Women’s Captains – Lead sections, support players, and drive culture
• Fixtures Sec – Organises matches, pitch bookings, umpires, and logistics
• Selection Chairs (M&W) – Ensure fair, transparent, and consistent selection
• Comms Officer – Social media, branding, and club communications
• Social/Hospitality – Organises events and matchday experience
• Volunteer Coord – Recruits/supports volunteers and manages equipment
• Uni Liaisons (M&W) – Links with university clubs and supports student pathways
• Junior Dev Officer – Supports and grows the junior section and future pipeline
